It's never too early to start planning for Essence Festival. The Essence Festival is back for 2023 and will take place in New Orleans, Louisiana from June 29-July 3, 2022. The festival kicks off with a day of service followed by free, daily events at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and nightly performances at the Mercedes Benz Superdome.

Event tickets are not included in any of our packages. Concerts and other special event tickets will be available for direct purchase from authorized vendors a few months before the event. We also purchase tickets on behalf of clients who request extra help planning their trip.
This package does not include any additional hotel fees like parking or other service fees.
Full payment for your package is due at booking.
Because of contractual obligations with our vendors, all payments are non-refundable.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your vacation investment. If you don't book a full package, we provide travel insurance quotes upon request.
Reservations must be made in the name that is on your government-issued ID.
All occupants of the room must be registered separately in order to receive gift bag and tickets for additional tours.
Substitutions are accepted up until May 1, 2022. The person taking your place is responsible for reimbursing you directly for any payments you have made and also for paying any balance due on the package.
The hotel will require a credit card on file for incidental charges when you check-in. If a debit card is used, a hold may be placed on a certain amount to cover additional charges you may incur during your stay.
The hotel reserves the right to limit room occupancy.
The hotel only package does not include travel to and from New Orleans or the event locations. We are happy to help you arrange transportation to and from New Orleans, separate from this package if you choose not to book the full package.
